Arakins Return and Exchange Policy
Shipping
At Arakins, we typically process and ship orders within 2-4 business days after receiving them. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery through Speed post (India post) is included. For delivery through other private couriers, please reach out to us at arakins.clothing@gmail.com before placing order, extra charges will be applicable.

- During high-demand periods like sales events, holidays, festivals, or in case of unexpected circumstances such as severe weather, dispatch times may be delayed.

Returns and Exchange
Before deciding to return a product, please keep in mind that our items are handcrafted with care. Variations in color, block placements, and slight differences due to the handmade nature of our products are to be expected and are part of their unique charm.
Standard Return Policy:

Exceptions:
- Orders with a total value of less than INR 1000 are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased during sales, custom orders, preorders, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items that have been used or washed are not eligible for return.
- How to Request: If you encounter issues such as incorrect sizing, receiving the wrong item, or a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing arakins.clothing@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and relevant details, along with any necessary photos.
Conditions for Return and Exchange:
- Products must be returned with all original packaging, including the invoice, and must be unused and unwashed. We reserve the right to assess whether the item is in a condition suitable for exchange.
- We do not offer reverse pickup facility as we use third party couriers and hence the parcels have to be shipped manually by the customer within 7 days of delivery to the address mentioned by our team. Tracking has to be shared by the customer.
- We prefer that customers send returns through Speed post (Indian post).
- Return shipping cost has to be borne by customer unless it is an issue caused from our end.
- We do not have an exchange policy in place currently. So in such cases, customer will need to return the previous item and place a new order.
Refund Policy:
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will perform a quality check and process the refund using the original method of payment. Refunds can take 7-10 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return policies will be applicable. If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us via email on arakins.clothing@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram on Monday to Friday, between 10 AM to 6 PM IST.
Additional Notes:
- Products sent back without an authorized return request will not be accepted.
