Arakins Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchange

Before deciding to return a product, please keep in mind that our items are handcrafted with care. Variations in color, block placements, and slight differences due to the handmade nature of our products are to be expected and are part of their unique charm. 

Standard Return Policy:

  • Exceptions: 
    • Orders with a total value of less than INR 1000 are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Products purchased as custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Items that have been used or washed are not eligible for return.
  • How to Request: If you encounter issues such as incorrect sizing, receiving the wrong item, or a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery by emailing on arakins.clothing@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 9036498374. Be sure to include your order number and relevant details, along with any necessary photos.

 

Conditions for Return and Exchange:

  • Products must be returned with all original packaging, and must be unused and unwashed. We reserve the right to assess whether the item is in a condition suitable for return.
  • Return pickup is available only on private courier orders. Free delivery orders that are sent through speed post / Indian post are not eligible for return pickup, customer will have to send it by themselves. In both cases, orders below Rs 1000 are not eligible for returns.
  • We do not have an exchange policy in place currently. So in such cases, customer will need to return the previous item and place a new order.


Shipping

At Arakins, we typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days after receiving them. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery cost through Speed post (India post) is included. For delivery through other private couriers, additional charges apply.

  • During high-demand periods like sales events, holidays, festivals, or in case of unexpected circumstances such as severe weather, dispatch times may be delayed.

Refund Policy:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will perform a quality check and process the refund using the original method of payment. Refunds can take 7-10 days.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return policies will be applicable.
